Brambleshire was known as a Shireling town which to anyone who knows the area is a form of nature-loving halflings. A wondrous feast was presented to our travelers as they traveled through the moon gate.  Three dragonbrood, and two humans entered the tavern ready to eat but were presented with some interesting challenges.  The mayor informed the travelers that wolves were attacking chickens constantly but weren’t sure why the wolves kept attacking.  Another issue was that they were in the middle of a drought caused by a dam blockage by  mud creatures.  The mayor also stated that there were salt mine workers that were missing to the west of the city.  

 The food that was provided was very appetizing and nutritious after the long travels.   As the night progressed, events unfolded that caused many issues.  A young human named Orson attempted to cast ward magic during the battle against the wolves but the ward magic kept being diverted.  As the magic kept being diverted, Orson followed where the magic was traveling to. When following the path, Orson found two goblins that held  a mystical orb which was assumed to be a ward siphon. As the rest of the party enjoyed the comforts of the tavern, Orson had the great idea of experimenting with the orb. The adventurers heard a loud boom from inside the tavern, they rushed outside to the patio where they found their two companions severely wounded and thought one was dead. Silene was completely knocked out. When Drakaina, Stormbreaker, and Metalla checked on Silene it was diagnosed that the foliage creature was dead.  The three dragonbrood attempted to revive the foliage creature and failed while Orson was severely injured. Orson, despite his injuries, announced that he was going to go get his runes.  He also announced he was retiring to his quarters for the evening. After a while, Silene  awoke and said that he couldn’t remember anything. Drakaina remembered that the shield was sentient and attempted to speak with it but she couldn’t understand the shield at first until Silene was completely awakened from the false death that was casted.  As Silene and the shield, known as grandpa, conversed, Drakaina relayed the conversation to her fellow dragonbrood. As Metalla and Stormbreaker  watched the scene unfold, they understood that there were multiple explosions.  Metalla retired to her quarters as Drakaina and Stormbreaker conversed with Silene. 

The next morning, the three dragonbrood and Muffin woke up to a nuclear explosion. They weren’t sure how they survived but they did and were greeted by multiple deities. The three dragonbrood and the human  were given a great power of Ankhs in order to survive.  The deity of death, Vaal, kept the souls of those with the adventurers spark from perishing.  As the dragonbrood talked with the deities,  Mad Mab appeared from the forest  and demanded that we tell her the name of the one who caused all the destruction.  As the deities attempted to resolve the issues, the dragonbrood and “Mittens” attempted to discuss things farther, the deities vanished as they attempted to resurrect more survivors. 

The day the ward siphoning was destroyed was a danger to everyone.  Void creatures attacked everyone.  The travelers had to escape to the moon gate as fast as possible.  It felt like there was no escape, but eventually  after multiple corruption attacks the two unknown  survivors escaped to the moon gate.  The three dragonbrood and the human escaped by the seat of their pants to the moon gate.   

As they pass through the moon gate, they land in a strange world where there are multiple gates in a circle and walk down a path to a town, they later find a town  called compass where they looked for resources to gather their strength back. While attempting to find resources, the dragonbrood meet a bogrin named glass eater and the bogrin was drunk as could be. Stormbreaker shadow-stepped behind the drunken bogrin  and attacked him.  Drakaina and Metalla attempted to walk away.  The bogrin and Stormbreak fought until he was knocked unconscious.  Drakaina and Metalla attempted to heal the drunken bogrin but he told them to get away. Drakaina and Metalla eventually allowed the bogrin to go on his way.  Glass eater is forever rival to Stormbreaker.The dragonbrood and the human are currently in Compass waiting to know where they can travel next to  after the destruction  of Brambleshire.
